We'll
have a set of stretches and warmups from Ariel Bennett,
TCRG, of the Heritage Irish Stepdancers. These exercises
will help you keep your body in top condition, ready
to take on whatever steps your brain can handle, and
helping to reduce your chances of injury.
We'll
soon be bringing you a bulletin board where you can
post and find answers to questions, share stories about
feisianna, practice, steps, performances, etc., talk
among new friends with similar interests, and where
the craic is all about the dancing, 24/7!
We'll
also be featuring articles by recognized authorities
and some of your favorite dancers on various subjects
to keep you dancing at your best.
